Refund policy
At BrendonStudio, we are dedicated to providing garments of the highest standard. Should a purchase not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as seamless and professional as the service in our atelier. This policy is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a 14-day cooling-off period.

The Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to notify us of your intent to return.

Return Period: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to our Bristol premises.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund and to maintain the favour of our discerning clientele, returned items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All BrendonStudio tags, seals, and luxury packaging must remain intact and undamaged.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling.
3. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. However, if a garment is found to be faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose:

Short-term Right to Reject: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Repair or Replacement: Should a fault emerge after 30 days, we will provide a repair or replacement as a priority.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team:

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

We will refund the full cost of the item plus the standard delivery charge. Please note that enhanced delivery options (such as Next-Day Express) are non-refundable.
5. Exemptions
For reasons of hygiene and the bespoke nature of our service, the following are exempt from our standard return policy:

Bespoke and Made-to-Measure: Any garment tailored specifically to your measurements.

Personal Care & Intimates: Items such as underwear or sealed grooming products where the seal has been broken.
6. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items, except in cases where the goods are faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the risk remains with the customer until the parcel is signed for at our office.
