This website is operated by BrendonStudio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BrendonStudio. By visiting our site and purchasing our garments, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or county of residence. Our collections are designed for a discerning adult clientele.

3. Accuracy of Content and Pricing

  • Descriptions: We take immense care to ensure that the colour, texture, and fit of our garments are described accurately. However, as we source premium natural fibres, slight variations are a hallmark of authenticity and not a defect.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£/GBP). We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in the favour of market conditions.

4. Formation of Contract

In accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, the contract between BrendonStudio and the customer is only formalised when we dispatch the goods and provide a formal 'Confirmation of Dispatch' via email. The acknowledgement of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

BrendonStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BrendonStudio and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The "BrendonStudio" name and serif logo are registered trademarks.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
