At BrendonStudio, we understand that the delivery of your garments is the final step in our commitment to excellence. We ensure that every parcel is handled with the utmost care, reflecting the premium standard of our brand.

1. Delivery Destinations

We currently provide shipping services throughout the United Kingdom, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. For international enquiries, please contact our concierge team at costumer@brendonstudio.store.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard British Delivery: Complimentery on orders over £250. For orders below this value, a flat rate of £5.95 applies.

  • Express Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Thursday, at a rate of £12.00.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

  • Processing: All orders for our ready-to-wear collections are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: Expected arrival within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Legal Deadline: In accordance with UK law, if your goods are not delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund unless a longer timeframe was specifically agreed upon for bespoke items.

4. Risk of Loss and Damage

The safety of your purchase is our responsibility. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with BrendonStudio until the items are physically delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to take possession of them (including a designated safe place or neighbour).

5. Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Should our courier be unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. Please ensure that the contact details provided at checkout are accurate to favour a seamless delivery experience.

7. Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. BrendonStudio cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
